المرأة في الإسلام

لا يوجدُ دينٌ أكثرُ حرصاً على حقوقِ المرأةِ من الإسلامِ. فقد كرَّمَها اللهُ عزَّ وجل، وأوصى بها النبيُّ صلى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ خيراً، فقالَ: استوصوا بالنساءِ خيرا

بينما تصارعَ نساءُ الغربِ للحصولِ على حقوقِهن حتي الآن، فقد منَّ اللهُ علينا بتكريمِنا، والحفاظِ علينا منذُ نزولِ الدينِ الإسلاميِّ. وإذا رجعْنا إلى الكتابِ، والسُنَّةِ سنجدُ أنّ الإسلامَ أوفى النساءَ حقوقَهن من تعليمٍ، عملٍ (مع مراعاةِ أن تحافظَ علي نفسِها)، ميراثٍ، ملكيةٍ، نفقةٍ، وغيرها من الحقوقِ

أمّا من يتطاولُ على حقوقِ النساءِ، ويسيءُ إليهن فإنّ الإسلامَ بريءٌ منه. فقد قالَ النبيَّ صل الله عليه وسلم: ما أكرمَهن إلا كريمٌ، وما     أهانهن إلا لئيمُ

خيرُ دليلٍ على مناصرةِ الإسلامِ لحقوقِ المرأةِ، والاعترافِ بفضلِها: أن زوجةَ النبيِّ أمَ سلمةٍ رضيَ اللهُ عنها كانَت أولَ من دافعَ عن حقوقِ النساءِ في الإسلامِ 

وُلدَت أمُ سلمةٍ في مكةَ المكرمةِ عامَ ثمانٍ وعشرين قبلَ الهجرةِ، وكانَت أولَ من هاجرَ مع النبيِّ من النساءِ. كانَت كثيراً ما تناقشُ النبيَّ، وتعبرُ عن رأيِها. بل وقد لجأ إليها بعضً من الصحابةِ في أمورٍ شتّى؛ وذلك لحكمتِها، فقد لُقبَتْ بصاحبةِ الرأيِّ الصائبِ. نقلَت لنا أمُ سلمةٍ عن النبيِّ -صلّ اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ- ثلاثمائةً وثمانيةً وسبعين حديثاً

لم تخجلْ أمُ سلمةٍ من طرحِ أيِّ سؤالِ دفاعاً عن المرأةِ، بل وحتى سألَت النبيَّ في وحي اللهِ. حيثُ روى عمرو بنُ دينارٍ عن أمِ سلمةٍ أنها قالَت: «يَارَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَانَسْمَعُ اللَّهَ ذَكَرَ النِّسَاءَ فِي الهجرة بشيء؟» فنزل الوحي بقوله: {فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّي لاَ أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِّنكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ وَأُخْرِجُواْ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ وَأُوذُواْ فِي سَبِيلِي وَقَاتَلُواْ وَقُتِلُواْ لأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَلأُدْخِلَنَّهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ ثَوَابًا مِّن عِندِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عِندَهُ حُسْنُ الثَّوَابِ}، وكانت سبباً لنزولِ آياتٍ أخرى عن النساءِ 

كانَت أمُ سلمةٍ خيرَ قدوةٍ للمرأةِ المسلمةِ، قويّةِ الشخصيةِ، حكيمةِ الرأي لدرجةِ أنّ النبيَّ أخذَ بمشورتِها في صلحِ الحديبيةِ. لذا فإنّ أيَّ مسلمٍ ذكرٍ كانَ أو أنثي سويِّ النفسِ يجبُ أن يكونَ مناصراً لحقوقِ المرأةِ، والاعترافِ بفضلِها مع الإلتزامِ بتعاليمِ الدينِ

 There is no religion that give attention and care about women’s rights more than islam, the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him said to the muslims men do the good for women and appreciate her. 

The western women till now, they are fighting for their rights but as a muslims, our religion takes care of us, and if we get back to the Quran and sunnah we will find that concern in women’s fights to educate, work ( take their safety into consideration ) , legacy, ownership, expenditure, and other ones. 

As for those who hurt women by saying bad things about them and plundering their rights, you are not pretending to be muslims at all because prophet Mohamed peace be upon him said that : the one who treat women will is a good-natured but the other who treat them in a bad why is a malignant one . 

The best example giving to prove how islam accepts women with their rights is how the prophet Mohamed’s wife , Umm Salamah , defend women’s rights, she was on of the first to do this. 

Umm Salamah was born in Mecca in 28th qabl Hijra and she was the first to immigrate with the prophet Mohamed from women. She was very judgmental person, she was asking prophet Mohamed peace be upon him and she was expressing her feelings and opinions. 

Some of the  Sahabah went and took her advice as she called Mother of Believers. 

She told us about 378 Hadith reported from The prophet Mohamed peace be upon him. 

She didn’t ashamed from asking the prophet Mohamed about anything even in asking him about the revelation. Amr ben Denar said that Umm Salamah told the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him : “ Prophet Mohamed, Does Allah said anything about women in Hijra ?” After that the prophet Mohamed received revelation said : ‎فَٱسۡتَجَابَ لَهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ أَنِّي لَآ أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَٰمِلٖ مِّنكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوۡ أُنثَىٰۖ بَعۡضُكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡضٖۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ وَأُخۡرِجُواْ مِن دِيَٰرِهِمۡ وَأُوذُواْ فِي سَبِيلِي وَقَٰتَلُواْ وَقُتِلُواْ لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنۡهُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡ وَلَأُدۡخِلَنَّهُمۡ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ ثَوَابٗا مِّنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عِندَهُۥ حُسۡنُ ٱلثَّوَابِ (١٩٥)  

‏And their Lord responded to them, "Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah, and Allah has with Him the best reward."

She was also a reason in receiving another Ayat.  

Umm salamah is a role model for every muslim woman, she had a strong personality and good opinion so the prophet Mohamed took her opinion into consideration in The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah.

So any stable mindset person should respect women’s rights and appreciate them with sticking to the religion’s doctrine.
