دكتور محمد غنيم

نتحدثُ اليومَ عن أحد أهم الشخصيات بجامعةِ قناةِ السويسِ وهو الدكتور (محمد فتوح غُنيم). دكتور المبارزةِ في كليةِ التربيةِ الرياضيةِ، والمنسقُ العامُ للأنشطةِ الطلابيةِ بجامعةِ قناةِ السويسِ، ومدربُ معتمد من مؤسسة البورد الدولية، و مديرُ مركزِ إعدادِ القادةِ ، ومؤسسُ فريقِ (إسكاڤ/SCUV) منذُ عام ٢٠١٩ –وهو فريقُ تنظيم الجامعةْ الأول– وبالتالي فهو المنظمُ الأولُ لجميعِ الندواتِ، والحفلاتِ المُقامةِ بالجامعةِ بالتعاونِ مع الإدارةِ العامةِ لرعايةِ الشبابِ، وفريقِ (إسكاڤ)، ومنسقي الأنشطةِ الطلابيةِ، وأسرةِ (طلابٌ من أجلِ مصرَ). 

‏أثّرَ الدكتور محمد غنيم في الكثيرِ من الطلابِ بإنشائِه لفريقِ (إسكاڤ)، فأصبحَ الطلابُ المنضمون لهذا الفريقِ لديهم القدرةُ علي حلِ المشكلاتِ وإيجادِ حلولٍ بديلةٍ في الوقتٍ ذاتٍه، و العملِ تحتَ ضغطِ، والعملِ ضمنَ فريقٍ وقيادتِه نحو الأفضلِ. ولم يقتصر التأثيرُ علي الطلابِ فقط، بل أصبحَ أيضًا اسمُ "جامعةِ قناةِ السويسِ" ذا شأنٍ في مجالِ التنظيمِ المُبتَكَر للندواتِ، والحفلاتِ بداخل الجامعة وخارجها أيضاً. أما عن معسكراتِ إعدادِ القادةِ فدورِها الناجحِ في إعدادِ قادةٍ قادرين علي مواجهةِ المستقبلِ لا شك فيه، فالطالبُ المشاركُ بالمعسكراتِ يصبحُ له القدرةُ علي القيادةِ، والعملِ على أكملِ وجهٍ تحت ضغطٍ شديدٍ، و حُسنُ إدارةِ الوقتِ وعدمِ إهدارِه، وسرعةُ اتّخاذِ القراراتِ، والعملُ مع فريقٍ في محاولةُ للتغلبِ علي المشكلاتِ الناجمة في أسرعِ وقتٍ ممكنٍ. و كما ذكرْنا أنّ مديرَ مركزِ إعدادِ القادةِ هو الدكتور (مُحمَّد غُنيم)، فيجدر بنا أيضًا ذكر أنّ الدكتور (مُحمَّد جودة) والدكتورة (مناي شاهين)؛ هم وكلاءُ هذا المركزِ، ولهم دورٌ كبيرٌ، وفعّالٌ جدًا في إقامةِ معسكراتٍ ناجحةٍ ومميزةْ.  

كلُ ما تمَّ ذكرُه هو من فكرِ، ومجهودِ أستاذي الدكتور (مُحمَّد غُنيم)، تحتَ رعايةِ الأستاذِ الدكتور (ناصر مندور) رئيسُ الجامعةِ، والأستاذِ الدكتور (مُحمَّد حَسَن شقيدف) نائبُ رئيسِ الجامعةِ لشئونِ التعليمِ، والطلابْ.

Today we are talking about one of the most important personalities at Suez Canal University, Professor. Mohamed Fattouh Ghoneim. ‏Professor of Fencing at the Faculty of Physical Education, the General Coordinator of Student Activities at Suez Canal University, International Board Associate Trainer (IBCT), Director of the Leadership Preparation Center, The founder of Suez Canal University Volunteers team (SCUV) since 2019 - It is the first organizing team in the university - therefore, he is the first organizer of all colloquiums and parties held at the university in cooperation with the General Administration of Youth Welfare, (SCUV) team, student activities coordinators, and the Students for Egypt team 

 

‏He impacting many students by creating SCUV team ‏, the students in this team have the ability to solve problems, find alternative solutions at the same time, work under pressure, learn how to work in a team and lead them for the better. the impact wasn't limited to students only, but the name of “Suez Canal University” also became significant in the field of creative organization of colloquiums and parties, whether inside or outside there.

 

‏As for the leadership preparation camps, there is no doubt that they play a successful role in preparing leaders able of facing the future. the participating student in these camps has the ability to lead, work to the fullest under severe pressure, manage time well and not waste it, take decisions quickly, work with a team and try to overcome the resulting problems of that as soon as possible. as we said that the director of the Leadership Preparing Center is Professor (Mohammed Ghoneim), we must also said that Professor (Mohammed Gouda) and Professor (Monay Shahin) are the procurators of this center and they have a great and effective role in establishing successful and distinguished camps. 

‏All of that is from thought and effort of my professor (Mohammed Ghoneim), supervised by Professor (Nasser Mandour) ,and Professor (Mohammed Hassan Sheqidif), vice president for education and student affairs.
